रिलायंस बिग tv ने डिजिटल सेक्टर में भारत को बढ़ावा देने हुए डायरेक्ट-टू-होम (डीटीएच) के लिए अपनी योजना की घोषणा की।
जिस तरह जिओ ने अपने फ्री कॉल और डेटा से तहलका मचा रखा है उसी तरह रिलायंस बिग टीवी उसी तहर भारतीय DTH को 1साल फ्री कर एक नही पहल ला रहा हैं रिलायंस बिग टीवी के डायरेक्टर विजेंदर सिंह ने कहा, आज से शुरू, मनोरंजन प्रभावी ढंग से मुफ्त में उपलब्ध कराता है।
रिलायन्स बिग tv के मुताबिक कंपनी की आने वाली योजना है कि करीब 500 फ्री-टू-एयर चैनलों को मुफ्त में 5 साल तक देखने का लाभ मिलेगा। दूसरी तरफ, भुगतान चैनल 1 वर्ष के लिए ग्राहक को मुफ्त में देख सकेंगे
लाभ कैसे बढ़ाएं गाहक
ग्राहक रिलायंस बिग टीवी की वेबसाइट पर 1 मार्च को सेट टॉप बॉक्स के लिए पहले से बुकिंग कर सकते हैं। 1 मार्च को बिग टीवी के नवीनतम सेट-टॉप बॉक्स में नवीनतम टीवी सेट ग्राहकों को अनुसूचित रिकॉर्डिंग, यूएसबी पोर्ट, यू-ट्यूब एक्सेस प्रदान करेगा और टीवी शो देखने के दौरान रिकॉर्डिंग की सबिद दे रही है इसे आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से बुक किया जा सकता है। बुकिंग के लिए ग्राहकों को 499 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा।
रिफंड हो जाएगा पैसे
उपयोगकर्ताओं को एक सेट-टॉप बॉक्स और बाकी सेटअप लेना के लिए 1500 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। एक वर्ष के लिए ग्राहकों को मुफ्त में चैनल भी मिलेगा। इसके बाद, ग्राहकों को सशुल्क चैनलों तक पहुंच प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रति माह 300 रूपए पुनर्भरण की आवश्यकता होगी। इस मामले में, 2 साल की रिचार्ज के लिए शुरुआत में 2000 रुपये का रिफंड किया जाएगा। अर्थात। खरीद के 3 साल बाद, पूरे पैसे को ग्राहकों को वापस कर दिया जाएगा। इस तरह, आप निशुल्क-टॉप बॉक्स और आउटडोर इकाई को निःशुल्क प्राप्त करेंगे। इसके अलावा एक वर्ष के लिए चैनल भी मुफ्त में उपलब्ध होंगे। इसके बाद आपको केवल प्रति माह चैनल देखने के लिए रिचार्ज करना होगा।
